Bio:Norm joined Philip G. Ball Company in January 2007. He has a broad and diverse background in sales/marketing, customer service, and management spanning over 30 years. He graduated Wilkes College in 1973 with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.

While working in the marine business, he developed some rescue products that continue to be used by rescue organizations for saving lives.
Integrity and honesty have been his trademark in many years of business and personal relationships. He has managed a division for a large international company and has owned his own shipping business. He has been married to his wife Linda for nearly 40 years and they have 4 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys working, reading, the outdoors, and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
